Hello! I’m Mariah. I'm from Michigan and I moved to Chicago in 2008. My love for animals has brought me to my current place in life. I started Paws In Motion in January 2011. Some of my favorite things to do are going to the park with my pups, gardening, and traveling. I also like to challenge myself with tough projects around the house. Mya, Bo, Banshee and Waylon (my pups) are the loves of my life. Mya (modeling in this pic!) is a super cool 9 y/o Sheppard mix that loves to play BALL! Bo the beagle is almost 13 and he loves TREATS more than anything in the world, Banshee the Chi-wienie is just about 6 y/o and he is the biggest goof ever, and Waylon the pittie puppy is just under a year old and is just the silliest pup around! You can find my gang of pups cruising the streets of Pilsen and kicking up sand at the dog beach in the summer.
Hello! I'm Sara! Born and raised in the Chicagoland area and have enjoyed living it up in Andersonville for the last 8 years. I absolutely love dogs, and sought out Paws In Motion because I couldn't have a pup of my own in my building. Working with all of your animals has brought me so much joy over the years! I love going to concerts, killing it at karaoke, horror movies, and playing board games. I celebrate Halloween like it's my (second) job and I am super excited to be getting married to the love of my life at that time this year!
My name is Dave, and my wife and I live in Bridgeport with our sweet gal Grace, a 9 year old American Foxhound rescue. I started working with Paws in Motion in September of 2015 as a weekend side job. I quickly fell in love with the job and all my little fur buddies! I took on the position of Assistant Manager in January and started working this as my only job. It's the greatest job ever! I am privileged to hang out with some of the coolest animals in all of Chicago. I love all my current and future pet pals and nothing can keep me from getting them their special outside time. Not rain, snow, heat, wind or anything else that Chicago can throw at us can dampen our spirits or keep us in!
Hi! My name is Samantha and my love for animals started at a very young age. At home I have two fur babies, Autumn, a 17 year old Tabby cat, and Westie, a 3 year old Golden Retriever. I decided to pursue dog training 6 years ago, where I first started learning how to train dogs while attending Augustana College in Rock Island, IL. I spent 4 years raising, fostering, and training dogs to be Service Dogs for people with disabilities and Professional Therapy Dogs to work full-time in certain facilities in the area. After moving to Chicago about 2 years ago I decided to start working as an in-home dog trainer to pursue my passion of helping people train their pets to become a loving and obedient part of the family! Whether you just got a new puppy, or are in need of some behavioral modification, I'm sure we can work together to reach your individualized goals.
Head Dog Walker - Streeterville
Hi! I'm Jocelyn and I love everything 'dog'. I am an animal person through and through. Before joining the Paws In Motion team, I worked at a dog hotel in Kentucky for two years, where I cared for dogs of all breeds and sizes. I consider myself to be a patient and loving person. I am a dog mom to two sweet Pit Bulls. As a dog parent I understand the importance of giving our pup clients the same love and care their owners would give them.
Dog Walker - Lincoln Park
Hello! I'm Giovanny, the proud father of two beautiful Pit Bulls. I am a determined hard worker that loves dogs. I grew-up in the military, and am grateful to have traveled the world. I love to read and learn, and I also love to be outdoors whether it's camping, hiking, or fishing. I have also spent a lot of time helping tend to the needs of different kinds of animals on my grandfather’s farm in Missouri. I'm currently enrolled in college, and studying Theology. I think of myself as a kind, energetic, and goofy guy that’s excited to work with Paws In Motion!

Hola! My bio and pic are coming soon! In the meantime, Banshee's adorable face and resume will be holding my place. Banshee was found on the streets of Tri-Taylor and he instantly bonded with his "now" BFF Mya. It is rare to see them apart. Banshee is a total ladies man and the biggest charmer ever! Some of his favorite things to do are picking on his sister (bestie), snuggling and guarding the front yard. He's too cool for selfies and bath time. He is known as the "house manager" at home and he runs a tight ship!
Dog Walker- River North
Hey! My bio and pic are coming soon...in the meantime, Mya Bear's beautiful face and resume will be holding my place. Mya is from Michigan where she had a big yard filled with wildlife for her to chase. Mya loves to go to the park and play ball. Despite her knee replacement in 2014 she is still the fastest girl around. She is the biggest baby and ultimate snuggle bug. She is learning how to be a city gal but the country is where she belongs. She keeps her doggy social circle small and her friends close. She is the perfect example of a good old fashion dog. She loves to travel back to Michigan to visit her former family aka her cousins. She also loves to kill her stuffed animals and pick on her little brother (bestie). In the summer you will find her with her paws in the water and her butt in the sand.
Dog Walker- West Town
Hi! My bio and pic are coming soon...in the meantime this little cutie will be holding my place. Rocky is Paws In Motion's FIRST client! He loves to spend his days watching talk shows and soap operas and his nights partying. You will find him walking around River North and taking trips to the burbs to hangout with family. He is the most popular guy on his block. He loves his toys aka babies and chicken jerky.

Hello! My bio and pic are coming soon....in the meantime this chunkster will be holding my place. Dino Dog is the total package! His cute under-bite, his handsome face and his spunky personality wins everyone over. Dino hasn't met a dog or person he hasn't liked. He loves to go for long walks to the park and chase squirrels. He also loves to destroy every toy his mom brings home. He can be found on the back of the couch looking out the window during the day and in his mom's bed at night. He also has four human siblings that just adore him. He likes to swim in the summer and play in the snow in the winter. He has an upscale appetite and a nose for good food....like I said..TOTAL package!
